STEP 1 - PEEK-A-BOO: INTRO TO POLE
Never taken a pole class before? Well let's give this pole dance thing a try!
The perfect start for new students. This class covers a few of the basics of Pole Fitness including spinning technique, grips, climbing and combinations of skills all put together in a short routine.
This class is designed for all women that are curious about pole dance fitness who would feel more comfortable trying a class before committing to begin the weekly Taboo Basics Sessions.
After this class you will feel ready to progress though our leveled curriculum with ease.
The class is not mandatory to start taking our ongoing classes.
If you're looking for a special preview of our program, then this class is perfect for you.
This class is recommended to be taken as often as needed!
To graduate to Upper Level Pole Classes (Pole 0.5)
You must complete a minimum of 6 Taboo Basic Classes!
STEP 2 - TABOO BASICS: BEGINNERS POLE
Start your Pole Journey Here!!
These sessions lay the foundation as you begin your pole journey with simple spins, basic conditioning, climbing exercises, and pole dance fundamentals. Learn tools to helps build confidence and truly enjoy the skin you're in!!! Receive instruction regarding pole safety including proper stretching, conditioning, movement control, and body awareness.
No experience necessary – just come with an open mind and your sexy self!
Drop-ins welcome, all levels allowed.

These Classes are designed to help you take your skills to the next level!
They focus on individual aspects of Pole Fitness, such as Dance, Flexibility, Coordination, Cardio, Strength, and Technique.

Discover your inner TABOO as you reconnect to your sexy self. You’ll learn a seductive routine that will incorporate pole, wall, floor and maybe even chair moves. This class is designed to make women of all shapes and ages feel comfortable and sexy. You can wear heels, so grab a pair and strut into class!!! Please note: There are NO aerial pole tricks taught in this class. No previous pole experience required.
