MOVE YA BODY: HIGH HEELS 101
This high-energy class is designed to sharpen performance technique, movement quality, lines and shapes, core strength, musicality and proper alignment, all while wearing a pump! With influences from street-jazz, hip-hop, vouging, hairography, and stage performance, this class is geared toward finding and perfecting your ultimate sexy! Classes will incorporate a small warm-up done without heels to focus on core strengthening, across the floor to hone your catwalk and sexy movement, and will also end with a combination.
This class can be done with or without heels.
LIQUID MOTION™: FLOORWORK
You will learn the art of body language while working on pirouettes, floor work, and dance moves to help you develop transitional moves on the pole. From warm up, to slow-burn dance combination, to cool down – we will have you feeling sexy. You will use the wall, floor, pole and/or chair to work it out.
Knee pads - REQUIRED. Leggings or Leg Warmers - Optional
HIT THE STANDS: ADULT MAJORETTE
This class is designed to teach the purpose of a performance line, performance drills, technic, discipline, majorette marching, stands, and field routines. So, if your desire is to learn how to throw those eight counts, then come "Hit the Stands". Keep in mind to be on time. If not, give me kicks.
STRIP TEASE
This class is Sexy meets Fun! Learn slow sensual floor, wall and chair moves that will tone your abs, butt and legs. Classes will consist of a combination of exotic dancing, jazz, lap dancing and floor work, creating a dance that will make you feel sexy and powerful! You are welcome to bring your heels and a zipper/button up shirt to remove!
This class can be done with or without heels.
We offer fitness classes for every level, and each class is capped at 15 people so everyone can get the individual attention they need.
All classes are first-come, first serve, so please reserve your spot in advance and arrive 10-15 minutes early.
