So you want to twerk after work! This class features interval training with upbeat music and great company. It is a low to high-intensity class designed to promote cardiovascular fitness while improving muscular strength and endurance. This class will target all muscle groups by engaging dynamic, isometric, and pulse movements. People are challenged to push to their limits. No dancing experience is necessary, just come to have a good time.


The best stretch class you will ever attend! Increase balance and overall flexibility to gain beautiful lines on and off the pole. This class will also help tone your body, open up your hips and increase your strength. Through dynamic and static stretching, you will reduce your chance of injury and add grace and control to your pole skills. This class is a MUST for every pole fitness student.


Show off your best (ass)et in this class! Learn a booty-ful routine that will leave jaws on the floor!  This hip hop cardio class will have you bouncin', poppin', twerkin', clappin' your booty in an intense but invigorating workout. Wurk!! Bring yoga mat and/or knee pads. Any woman who wants to let loose and shake that gorgeous bum on the pole, then this class is for you!!!


Improve your posture, balance, and core strength for pole and over all form. This is a challenging workout and will leave your legs shaking! Expect strength gains and improved body control, all of which help with Pole!  Feel the burn in this conditioning class where we practice the fitness aspect of pole dancing to prepare your body to perform remarkable tricks.


Is a full-body cardio jam session, combining light resistance with constant simulated drumming. The workout fuses cardio, Pilates, isometric movements, plyometrics and Isometric poses into a 45-minute series. Burn between 400 and 900+ calories per hour, strengthen and sculpt infrequently used muscles, and drum your way to a leaner, slimmer physique – all while rocking out to your favorite music!

We offer fitness classes for every level, and each class is capped at 15 people so everyone can get the individual attention they need.  

All classes are first-come, first serve, so please reserve your spot in advance and arrive 10-15 minutes early.
